You are a self-motivated and driven lawyer with experience in providing legal counsel to diverse internal stakeholders, including executive management, R&D, sales, finance, HR, and operations. You possess strong skills in commercial drafting and negotiation, which are essential for this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with talented hardware and software engineers to identify legal risks and regulatory requirements associated with new products and features. You understand the importance of clear communication and are adept at advising on high-value commercial transactions. Your background allows you to navigate complex legal landscapes while supporting the EMEA sales team effectively.
