What you'll do

As a Project Manager at Pigment, you will partner closely with Solutions Architects and various stakeholders to deliver successful customer implementations of the Pigment platform. You will be responsible for owning project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all contributors are aligned on progress and priorities. Your role will involve maintaining clear internal reporting and escalating issues when necessary to keep projects on track.

You will proactively respond to customer requests for project resources and anticipate any risks or challenges that may arise during the implementation process. Your collaborative and communicative approach will be key in supporting Solutions Architects and ensuring consistent project success. You will play a vital role in helping customers understand the platform’s value and achieve strong adoption, ultimately contributing to Pigment's mission of redefining business planning.
