Pigment is hiring a Team Lead for their Success Advisory team to provide expertise in customer success and technical solutions. You'll work with industry leaders to drive adoption and long-term customer success.

You have a strong background in customer success and technical account management, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. Your expertise in solution architecture and change management allows you to guide customers effectively through their journey with Pigment. You are a natural leader, capable of inspiring and mentoring your team while ensuring high-impact engagements that drive customer satisfaction.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner makes you a trusted advisor to clients. What you'll do

As the Team Lead for the Success Advisory team, you will design and deliver Pigment Success Plans that support customers in achieving their business objectives. You will lead strategic engagements focused on solution architecture and technical solutions, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and expertise. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Pigment to align customer needs with product capabilities, driving adoption and long-term success.

You will be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and sharing best practices across the organization. Your insights will help shape the direction of the Success Advisory team, allowing you to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and retention. You will also engage with industry leaders to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Pigment.
