You have a strong background in finance with experience in sales analytics — you've worked on revenue forecasting and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to consult on strategic business decisions, helping teams improve their P&L. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with various stakeholders to drive financial performance. You are detail-oriented yet capable of seeing the big picture, which allows you to identify underlying trends that impact business outcomes.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams, where you have demonstrated your ability to influence decisions and drive results. You are comfortable working with data and have a strong command of SQL, which you use to analyze financial metrics and support your recommendations. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are passionate about contributing to a high-performing finance team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales Finance team, providing CFO-level partnership and sophisticated analytics to the Chief Revenue Officer and their global leadership team. You will support Sales Finance Managers and collaborate with senior stakeholders on revenue forecasting, insights, and goal-setting. Your responsibilities will include identifying trends in sales data and consulting with Sales leaders on strategies to enhance profitability. You will be tasked with translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of value creation for Pinners and advertisers through disciplined financial analysis. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance metrics. You will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to senior management, helping to shape the strategic direction of the company.
