Who you are
You have extensive experience in product policy management, particularly in the context of digital platforms. Your background includes developing and implementing policies that ensure user safety and compliance with legal standards. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Public Policy, to create effective and enforceable policies. You possess strong analytical skills and can navigate complex issues related to content moderation and user safety. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external experts is a key strength. You are comfortable discussing sensitive topics and reviewing challenging content, ensuring that policies are both compassionate and practical.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of policies related to generative AI, ensuring that they are robust and scalable. You will work closely with your policy teammates and cross-functional partners to craft industry-leading policies that protect users while fostering innovation. Your responsibilities will include advising on product risks and leading complex projects that require strategic thinking and collaboration. You will seek feedback from various stakeholders to refine policies and ensure they meet the needs of the platform and its users. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of these policies and making adjustments as necessary to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
