You possess strong analytical skills and can navigate complex issues related to content moderation and user safety. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external experts is a key strength. You are comfortable discussing sensitive topics and reviewing challenging content, ensuring that policies are both compassionate and practical.

What you'll do
