Reflection is seeking a Product Policy Lead to define governance frameworks for open-weight AI models. You'll work at the intersection of research, product, and policy to ensure safe and trusted AI deployment. This role requires expertise in AI governance and product management.

What you'll do
As the Product Policy Lead, you will own the governance framework for Reflection's open-weight AI models. This includes defining model specifications, transparency standards, and release criteria that align with regulatory expectations. You will work closely with product teams to ensure that governance considerations are embedded in the product development process. Your role will involve translating complex policy requirements into clear and actionable guidelines for product teams, enabling them to ship products safely and responsibly. You will also be responsible for creating public-facing narratives that communicate Reflection's commitment to ethical AI practices, helping to build trust with users and stakeholders. You will engage with regulators and industry partners to stay informed about evolving governance standards and advocate for Reflection's position in the AI landscape. Your work will be crucial in shaping how Reflection navigates the challenges and opportunities presented by AI governance.
