What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the TPM Support organization at Pinterest, focusing on creating a future-ready toolset for support operations. You will develop and execute a detailed roadmap aimed at reducing complexities in internal tooling and improving the overall customer experience. Collaborating closely with the CIO organization and other key stakeholders, you will prioritize top issue types and address the worst customer experiences to drive revenue impacts.
You will be responsible for improving self-service adoption and effectiveness, measuring success through key performance indicators. Your strategic vision will guide the team in implementing solutions that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
