What you'll do
In this role, you will build and maintain internal tooling that supports the investigation, debugging, and resolution of customer issues. You will partner closely with support leads and other internal stakeholders to transform real-world challenges into reliable and scalable tooling solutions. Your responsibilities will include owning and evolving the primary internal admin dashboard, ensuring its functionality meets the needs of the support and engineering teams.
You will design, implement, and maintain ticket automations, creating rule-based workflows and webhook-driven background jobs that streamline operations. Additionally, you will develop and improve an AI agent that automates repetitive tickets, enhancing the efficiency of support engineers. Your work will directly impact the speed and quality of customer support at Supabase, making it a critical role in the organization.
