Your background includes experience in developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules, ensuring that timelines and costs are adhered to. You are adept at preparing scopes of work (SOWs) and analyzing bids, which helps you make informed decisions during the procurement process. Your ability to resolve issues proactively keeps projects on track and minimizes delays.
What you'll do
As a Workplace Construction Project Manager at Pinterest, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of office construction and renovation projects. You will collaborate closely with Design Project Managers and the Workplace Team to create inspiring environments that reflect Pinterest's mission and culture. Your role will involve coordinating both internal and external partners to meet project milestones, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned.
You will be responsible for managing the Requests for Proposal (RFP) process for construction services, overseeing purchase orders, contract amendments, and change orders. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be expected to communicate transparently with all project participants, providing updates on status, risks, and decisions.
