You are comfortable working directly with founders and leaders, providing them with the financial insights they need to make strategic decisions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will help manage the financial health of PLACE’s consumer services business, which includes mortgage, title, and escrow services. You will collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis, helping to drive the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include developing financial plans, conducting analyses, and preparing reports that inform key stakeholders about the financial status of the business.
You will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other leaders to implement financial strategies that align with PLACE's goals. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as the business evolves, ensuring that your financial planning and reporting capabilities grow alongside the company. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior finance team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills.
