What you'll do

As an Escrow Officer at PLACE, you will oversee the completion of all title clearing and closing preparations for real estate transactions in your assigned markets. You will manage assigned tasks in closing platforms and conduct weekly file audits with your manager to review the status of the upcoming pipeline. Your role will involve verifying title clearance of your assigned files prior to closing and reviewing all entity documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. You will proactively problem-solve and collaborate with underwriting on any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth closing process for all parties involved. Your responsibilities will also include document preparation and review, balancing file-level escrow accounting, and managing the signing process. You will be a key player in modernizing the closing experience, contributing to a team that is passionate about disrupting the antiquated title industry.
