What you'll do
As the Senior Escrow Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Escrow Officers and Transaction Coordinators, focusing on performance management and capacity planning. You will own the operating rhythm and executive dashboards, ensuring that your team meets growth and service targets. Your role will involve close collaboration with Title, Lenders, GTM, Finance, and Post-Closing teams to align strategies and drive execution.
You will be responsible for designing plans that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This includes monitoring key performance indicators such as SLA adherence, cycle times, and customer satisfaction metrics. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing your team's skills and capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
