What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients procured by Transactly, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed. You will provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals, operating confidently within Transactly's tech platform for task management and communication. Maintaining transaction records and updates within Brivity, PLACE’s tech platform, will be a key responsibility, as will practicing proactive communication with clients and partners.

You will contribute insights and feedback to improve our platform, service model, and team culture, playing an integral role in elevating the client experience. Your work will not just be about completing tasks; it will be about building partnerships in excellence, where your contributions amplify the overall service provided by PLACE.
