Secureframe is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive growth and optimize systems and processes. You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on experience in revenue operations.

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You understand the importance of aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements that can scale with the company.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives. Your analytical skills help you make data-driven decisions that support the company's growth strategy.

What you'll do

As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Vice President of Sales to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the systems and processes that support sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that the company can scale efficiently. You will analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and help the team achieve its goals.

You will lead initiatives to improve the efficiency of sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals. This includes implementing tools and technologies that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to onboarding, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the revenue operations function at Secureframe, contributing to the overall success of the company as it continues to grow and innovate in the cybersecurity compliance space.
