What you'll do
As a Guest Experience Associate at Placemakr, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring that their stay is enjoyable and meets their expectations. You will assist guests with inquiries, provide information about our properties, and address any concerns that may arise during their stay. Your role will involve collaborating with property teams to ensure seamless operations and a high level of service. You will also participate in biannual in-person get-togethers with your remote team to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships.
