What you'll do
As an Overnight Guest Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and residents during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth operation of the property. You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, provide information about the property and local area, and ensure that all guest needs are met promptly. You will also collaborate with the property team to maintain a high standard of service and contribute to a positive guest experience. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return to Placemakr properties in the future.
