You have a strong background in software engineering and team leadership, with experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams. What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for Intelligent Tooling, you will lead a team responsible for developing the technical foundations and operating models that integrate AI into Plaidβs software development lifecycle. You will set the direction for the team, driving execution and ensuring that the tools developed are widely adopted by engineers across the organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in executing Plaidβs engineering strategy to enhance productivity through AI tooling.
You will oversee the development of platforms that facilitate AI coding integrations and SDLC agents, ensuring they meet the needs of hundreds of engineers. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, allowing your team to iterate and improve the tools continuously. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of these tools based on real-world usage and improvements in developer experience.
