You understand the intricacies of finance operations and have a proven track record of improving data integrity and automation within financial tech stacks. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Accounting, FP&A, and Engineering makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring that finance processes are reliable and scalable.

Experience with integrations and workflows in financial applications is a plus. Familiarity with financial reporting tools and system configurations will help you excel in this position. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and have a knack for driving strategic initiatives that support finance operations.
What you'll do
As the Finance Systems Manager at Plaid, you will lead the Finance Systems team in optimizing finance operations and reporting. You will manage and enhance Plaid's NetSuite ERP, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization. Your role will involve driving automation initiatives and improving data integrity across the finance tech stack. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Legal, Engineering, and Security, to ensure that the finance stack is not only reliable but also secure and scalable. You will be hands-on with integrations, workflows, reporting tools, and system configurations, directly supporting critical finance processes and strategic scaling initiatives.
