What you'll do

In this role, you will help set the product direction by contributing to both the technical architecture and the roadmap. You will scope, build, and launch product features that directly address customer problems, ensuring that the solutions you provide are both effective and user-friendly. You will work closely with the Core Product team, which owns all customer-facing channels, to balance the need for speed in winning customers with the importance of investing in strong foundations for the future. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Developer Infra team to build the tools that every engineer at Plain depends on to ship and operate the product efficiently. Your contributions will be crucial in redefining customer support for the next generation of B2B companies.
