You possess strong business acumen and a self-driven working style — you thrive in collaborative environments where you can analyze workflows and help digitize and standardize key business processes. Your awareness of information security and compliance best practices ensures that the systems you build are not only efficient but also secure and compliant with industry standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build internal management tools using low-code platforms to support internal teams such as product, operations, and customer support. You will design and implement tools like ticketing systems, data dashboards, and workflow automation tools that enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with product and business stakeholders, you will analyze workflows to identify opportunities for digitization and standardization of key business processes.

You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining data structures and permission models to ensure system stability, security, and compliance. Your contributions will directly impact the success of various teams, enabling them to work more effectively and efficiently.
