Job Description
Who you are
You have hands-on experience with mainstream low-code platforms, enabling you to build systems and functional prototypes quickly. Your solid understanding of data structures and relational databases is complemented by basic proficiency in writing SQL, allowing you to design effective data solutions. You are familiar with SaaS tools integration and automation using APIs and webhooks, which enhances your ability to streamline processes. Your fluency in both Chinese and English, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, enables you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. You possess strong business acumen and a self-driven working style, making you adept at navigating complex workflows. Experience building systems for operations or customer support teams is a plus, and you have an awareness of information security and compliance best practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building internal management tools using low-code platforms such as Retool, AppSheet, and Power Apps. You will support internal teams, including product, operations, and customer support, by designing and implementing tools like ticketing systems, data dashboards, and workflow automation tools. Your role will involve designing and maintaining data structures and permission models to ensure system stability, security, and compliance. You will collaborate with product and business stakeholders to analyze workflows and help digitize and standardize key business processes, ensuring that the tools you create meet the needs of the organization.
