You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with teams across Marketing, Ops, and Sales to align strategies and achieve common goals. Your familiarity with tools like Marketo and Salesforce enhances your ability to execute effective email programs. You are organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies is a plus, as is a passion for both the analytical and creative aspects of email marketing. You are proactive and motivated, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Your ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively across departments is essential for success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will own the email channel as a key growth driver for TripActions. You will set the send strategy and manage the email calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communications. Your role will involve building and running nurture programs, drip campaigns, newsletters, and email blasts that support pipeline generation and sales goals. You will partner with Demand Generation and Sales teams to align targeting, timing, and messaging for lead conversion and opportunity creation. You will execute email programs in Marketo, handling the build, QA, launch, and optimization of emails, lists, and basic automation. Maintaining scalable templates and workflows will be crucial to improving speed and consistency in your campaigns. You will also own the planning and send strategy, coordinating sends across teams to balance workloads and maximize impact.
