Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or above and bring 3+ years of experience in web frontend development — your expertise in Vue.js allows you to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience. You are familiar with both web and H5 application development, and you understand the basic principles of HTTP, which helps you optimize web performance effectively.

Your experience extends to backend development, where you are comfortable with Node.js or other backend languages such as Java, Python, or Go — this versatility enables you to collaborate effectively with backend teams and contribute to full-stack projects. You have a strong sensitivity to user experience and product performance, which drives you to implement engaging browser and mobile UI interactions.

You possess demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies — your entrepreneurial mindset pushes you to explore innovative approaches that can enhance the functionality and performance of the frontend framework. Strong communication and collaboration skills are part of your toolkit, allowing you to work effectively within a team environment.

Desirable

Familiarity with foundational concepts in AI and large language models is a plus, as is any relevant project experience in these areas. Experience with browser-based audio and video technologies, such as FFmpeg, WebRTC, or WebAudio, would also be beneficial as you work on audio + AI-related business scenarios.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the creation, development, and optimization of the Plaud AI Web platform — your contributions will be crucial in building a world-class frontend product. You will participate in discussions and the iterative development of AI for business scenarios, proposing optimization suggestions and solutions to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

You will apply new technologies and innovative approaches to improve the functionality and performance of the frontend framework — your role will involve collaborating closely with the founding team at the Singapore office and the team in Shenzhen. You will be responsible for core technology and product development, ensuring that the platform meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
