What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Employee Spend & Mobile Segment at Pleo, you will lead a team of engineers focused on developing and enhancing our mobile app initiatives. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and drive business success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical direction of your squads, managing up to 12 direct reports, and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation can thrive.

You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing mentorship to help your engineers grow in their careers. You will also play a key role in strategic planning, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the challenges of spend management and delivering effective solutions to our customers.
