Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or SaaS environment β€” you've successfully built and maintained long-term relationships with key business executives and stakeholders. Your results-driven approach ensures that you identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing value realization for your clients.

You possess a deep understanding of customer engagement technologies and can act as a trusted advisor to clients β€” your expertise allows you to resolve customer challenges effectively and foster loyalty. You thrive in collaborative environments, proactively working with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Plivo, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients across the APAC & EMEA regions β€” your primary focus will be on driving customer retention and expansion. You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Plivo's solutions, ensuring that customers achieve their desired business outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

You will demonstrate a sense of urgency in resolving customer challenges, maximizing value realization, and fostering loyalty β€” your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success. You will also be responsible for tracking customer satisfaction and engagement metrics, using this data to inform your strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
