What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of PMG's People & Culture team, working closely with various departments to design and implement scalable people programs. You will coach leaders on best practices in talent management and employee engagement, ensuring that PMG's culture is not only maintained but also enhanced. Your responsibilities will include analyzing employee feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these needs.
You will also play a key role in driving organizational change initiatives, helping to align talent practices with PMG's growth objectives. Your insights will guide the development of leadership capabilities and support the overall employee experience. By collaborating with specialists in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Experience, you will help create a cohesive approach to talent management that supports PMG's mission and values.
