You have extensive experience in learning and development, ideally with a focus on designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and support business objectives. What you'll do
As a Learning & Development Principal, you will design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with PMG's business priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Enablement and People Experience, to create learning experiences that are practical and impactful. Your role will involve assessing the current learning landscape, identifying gaps, and developing targeted programs to address those needs. You will also work closely with leaders to strengthen their capabilities and support their teams in achieving their goals.
You will lead initiatives that promote a culture of learning and development, ensuring that all employees have access to the resources they need to grow and succeed. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to enhance their impact. You will also play a key role in fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.
