You have a proven track record in employer branding and marketing strategy, with experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with diverse talent audiences. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture and Talent Acquisition, sets you apart as a strategic leader in the marketing domain.
You possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of how to craft narratives that elevate an employer's brand. Your experience in creating integrated campaigns that not only attract talent but also enhance employee engagement is essential for this role. You are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and understand the importance of aligning marketing strategies with organizational values.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and own the overarching marketing strategy for PMG's employer brand, defining annual goals and key narratives that align with the company's mission. You will act as the strategic marketing point of contact for people-related programs, providing leadership and guidance on campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include leading stakeholder alignment and planning for large-scale initiatives such as recruiting programs and brand campaigns, ensuring that all efforts are integrated and impactful.
You will work closely with the People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Internal Communications, and Creative teams to create campaigns that resonate with potential candidates and current employees alike. Your role will involve analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. You will also be responsible for maintaining PMG's reputation as a top employer by leveraging insights and feedback from employees and candidates.
