What you'll do

During your 10-week internship at Point72, you will develop and support data processing pipelines, focusing on ingestion, transformation, and delivery of data to end customers. You will collaborate with investment professionals to design, build, launch, and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines that maximize the value of data assets. Your role will involve building cloud-based infrastructure using distributed techniques, which will be essential for other data engineers and data scientists.

You will also have the opportunity to create and support visualization tools that allow for exploration of big data sets, enabling investment professionals to derive insights effectively. Throughout your internship, you will gain exposure to various activities that will enhance your understanding of the intersection between data engineering and investment strategies.
