Desirable

What you'll do

As the Transformation Lead at WPP, you will define and architect the future state of our marketing platform, ensuring it is agentic-first and data-informed. You will lead the establishment of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), setting the strategic direction for transformation initiatives across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating closely with business and client teams to ensure alignment and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

You will oversee the execution of pilots and change enablement strategies, continuously improving the platform to deliver measurable business impact. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, tracking progress, and communicating results to stakeholders. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing talent within the organization, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
