What you'll do

As an Investment Professional Development Coach at Point72, you will play a pivotal role in training Academy associates through building and delivering customized learning solutions. You will utilize your extensive buyside experience to mentor these associates on financial modeling and investment research, ensuring they acquire the skills necessary to excel as analysts. Your responsibilities will include developing, creating, and delivering Compliance-approved content that aligns with the Academy's curriculum.

You will have the opportunity to directly shape the curriculum of the program, making a lasting impact on the investment community. Collaborating with other professionals across the firm, you will analyze and share best practices that enhance team investment processes. Your role will be crucial in preparing analyses and data that support the growth of the investment analysts within the Academy.

What we offer

Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $250,000-$400,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
