You have a strong background in software engineering with experience in developing systems for financial applications — your expertise in Java and C# allows you to build robust solutions that meet business needs. You are familiar with SQL and understand how to manage and query databases effectively, ensuring data integrity and performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges, and you are always eager to learn and adopt new technologies.
Desirable
Experience with low latency systems and trade processing is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You appreciate the importance of automation in simplifying business processes and are motivated to innovate within the financial technology space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems that process trade executions into position keeping systems for a wide range of financial products. You will collaborate with teams in New York and Warsaw to architect and develop new systems that support the Global Macro business. Your work will involve automating and simplifying business processes, ensuring that the systems you build are efficient and scalable. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's development practices.
