What you'll do

As a Windows Support Engineer at Point72, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows systems, ensuring that users have a seamless experience. Your role will involve performing system upgrades and patches to maintain security and optimal performance.
