Who you are
You have experience as a Systems Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM and Payroll — you've successfully supported and maintained enterprise-level HR systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards. Your expertise in Workday configurations allows you to provide expert-level support for Payroll and Security modules, ensuring smooth operations across various HR functions.
You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources and Payroll — you understand the intricacies of compensation, benefits, absence management, and time tracking, and you can translate complex requirements into actionable system configurations. Your ability to manage support requests efficiently aligns with agreed SLAs, showcasing your commitment to service excellence.
You thrive in an Agile environment — you actively participate in bi-weekly sprint processes, contributing to the development and enhancement of the Workday platform. Your proactive approach to system configuration changes ensures that the platform evolves in line with organizational goals and user needs.
What you'll do
As a Systems Analyst at Point72, you will serve as the primary business application support partner for the Payroll and Human Resources teams. Your role will involve providing expert-level support for Workday Payroll and Security configurations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. You will manage and address support requests related to user access, security maintenance, EIB loads, custom reports, and dashboards, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
You will execute ongoing system configuration changes, including Business Processes, Foundational Data, and Security Model updates. Your participation in the Agile sprint development process will be crucial for addressing Tier 3 requests, allowing you to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Workday platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute the platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the system meets the evolving needs of the organization.
What we offer
At Point72, we offer a competitive annual base salary range of $175,000-$275,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
