Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, computer science, or information technology, and possess 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM. You understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and communicated effectively. Your troubleshooting skills are top-notch, allowing you to identify and resolve Workday configuration issues efficiently. You are proactive in monitoring integrations between Workday and other internal systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.

What you'll do

As an HR Systems Associate, you will provide day-to-day support by handling Workday-related business-as-usual tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will perform functional testing of Workday updates and new features, documenting test cases and results to maintain high standards of quality. Your role will involve assisting in the configuration and implementation of new modules or changes in existing Workday processes, collaborating closely with the Integrations team to resolve any identified issues. You will also develop process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training documentation to support the HR team in utilizing Workday effectively. Additionally, you will review and communicate the impact of Workday's semi-annual releases to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed of changes and enhancements.
