What you'll do

As a Member of Engineering at poolside, you will be part of the data platform team, enabling applied research teams to build high-quality datasets for pretraining and post-training. You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to ensure that the data infrastructure supports the ambitious goals of the company. Your role will involve designing and implementing data pipelines, optimizing data storage solutions, and ensuring data quality. You will also participate in team discussions to drive innovation and improve processes.
