Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Customer Integration Engineer to act as a technical partner for Enterprise customers in Italy. You'll work closely with Sales and Engineering to design scalable technical solutions, focusing on APIs and data architecture.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer integration and technical sales support, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at understanding complex customer needs and translating them into effective technical solutions. Your expertise in APIs, data architecture, and security allows you to design tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of Enterprise clients. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working at the intersection of Sales, Technology, and Customer Value, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can influence processes and shape best practices.
Desirable
Experience working with large-scale Enterprise customers is a plus, as is familiarity with the Italian market. You have a proven track record of successfully supporting complex deals and providing technical demonstrations that showcase the value of your solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you are comfortable presenting to senior executives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with New Business Sales as a trusted technical expert, supporting complex Enterprise deals through solution mapping across APIs, integrations, data architecture, and security. You will design and present tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs and long-term strategies, including proof of concept work and technical demonstrations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to unlock value for Enterprise prospects and customers. You will also have the opportunity to influence how Trustpilot wins and grows complex deals in a rapidly evolving space.
You will be responsible for conducting technical assessments of customer environments and identifying integration opportunities that enhance the customer experience. Your insights will help shape the technical direction of projects and ensure that solutions are scalable and secure. You will also play a key role in developing best practices for customer integration and sharing your knowledge with the broader team.
