You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the logistics or technology sectors. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals through actionable insights. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike, ensuring alignment and understanding of customer needs. You are data-driven and enjoy analyzing metrics to drive customer engagement and retention strategies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and are adaptable to changing priorities and challenges. You have experience in identifying expansion opportunities and can influence product direction based on customer feedback.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Portcast, you will own a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding and adoption processes while ensuring they derive maximum value from our AI-powered insights. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to identify opportunities for expansion and retention, driving measurable business impact for your clients. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and success, as well as proactively addressing any challenges they may face. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform your strategies and help shape the product roadmap. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training materials and resources to empower customers in utilizing our platform effectively. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and the growth of your customer portfolio.
