You are results-driven and have a track record of successfully onboarding new organizations and fostering community growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the Campus Director Program from the ground up. You will work closely with universities to create a network of Campus Directors who will host events and educate student organizers on how to utilize Posh effectively. Your focus will be on achieving clear outcomes, such as onboarding new student organizations and increasing awareness of the Campus Fund. You will lead initiatives that promote engagement and collaboration among student organizers, ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing a vibrant community that fosters human connection and combats the loneliness epidemic.
