Postman is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage a territory of around 400 accounts and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with technical founders and developers to help them adopt Postman's API platform. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for technology.

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or software solutions. You understand the API landscape and can effectively communicate the value of Postman's offerings to potential clients. You are skilled at building relationships and have a knack for identifying customer needs and aligning them with solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can engage with technical audiences as well as business stakeholders. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a territory of approximately 400 accounts, focusing on organizations with fewer than 250 employees. Your primary goal will be to understand how these accounts are currently using Postman and to introduce them to the full capabilities of our Enterprise Suite. You will develop and execute strategies to engage with existing users, helping them unlock better ways to build, test, and scale their APIs. You will work directly with technical founders, developers, and platform teams, providing them with insights and support to enhance their experience with Postman. You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and drive sales growth within your territory. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships, drive adoption of Postman's solutions, and achieve sales targets.
