You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within the enterprise sector — you've successfully managed relationships with key stakeholders and understand the nuances of post-sale engagement. Your experience includes developing and executing Joint Success Plans that align with customer objectives and milestones, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investments.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills — you can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architecture and Customer Education, to deliver tailored enablement programs. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide actionable insights is a key strength, allowing you to address critical problems swiftly and efficiently.

Your background includes working with API platforms or similar technologies — you understand the API lifecycle and can articulate the value of API-first approaches to diverse audiences. You are comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders and can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple accounts simultaneously — your organizational skills enable you to prioritize effectively and ensure that all customer engagements are handled with care and attention.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with software or API products, is a plus. Familiarity with customer success metrics and tools will enhance your ability to drive results and demonstrate value to clients.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Postman, you will be the driving force behind customer engagement and satisfaction for a portfolio of named Enterprise accounts in the UK. You will partner with customers to co-create Joint Success Plans that outline key objectives, milestones, and success criteria, ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes with Postman's API platform.

You will collaborate closely with our Solutions Architecture and Customer Education teams to curate and deliver a series of high-touch and one-to-many enablement programs. These programs will be designed to help customers solve critical problems quickly and effectively, enhancing their overall experience with our products.

Your role will involve periodic engagement with key stakeholders to analyze the value they are receiving from Postman — you will gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work proactively to address any concerns. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our customer success strategy and ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will also play a key role in driving customer advocacy and retention — by building strong relationships and demonstrating the value of our solutions, you will help foster loyalty and encourage customers to share their success stories with others.
