Printify is hiring a Category Management Team Lead to oversee the strategic direction of the Home & Living or Apparel product categories. You'll lead a team of Category Managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and market positioning. This role requires strong leadership and strategic vision.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in category management or product leadership, ideally within the e-commerce or retail sectors. Your experience includes leading teams and driving strategic initiatives that enhance product performance and market presence. You understand the nuances of managing product assortments and are adept at balancing core portfolio management with innovative selections to maximize sales and profitability.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret market trends and consumer behavior effectively. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and finance, ensures that you can execute key strategies that align with the company's goals. What you'll do

As the Category Management Team Lead, you will define and execute the strategic vision for the Home & Living or Apparel product categories. You will oversee a team of experienced Category Managers, guiding them in driving category performance and identifying market opportunities. Your role involves ensuring that the product assortment features both bestselling items and innovative offerings at competitive prices, thereby strengthening the company's market leadership.
