PROCEPT BioRobotics is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for the Surgeon Audience to drive the adoption of Aquablation therapy. You'll leverage analytics and market intelligence to enhance surgeon engagement and advocacy. This role requires a blend of clinical understanding and marketing expertise.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in the healthcare or medical device sectors, where you've developed a strong understanding of clinical trends and customer insights. Your expertise in building relationships with surgeons and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) has enabled you to effectively communicate value propositions and drive program growth.

You possess a data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Your ability to stay abreast of competitive intelligence and market trends allows you to adapt strategies that resonate with your audience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the commercial subject matter expert for the surgeon audience, collaborating closely with the sales team to accelerate the adoption of Aquablation therapy. You will design and implement marketing programs that convert new users and expand engagement with existing customers. Your hands-on approach will involve defining and articulating the value proposition to surgeons, ensuring that your initiatives align with the company's mission to improve patient outcomes.

You will lead market intelligence efforts, proactively gathering insights to inform go-to-market strategies. By analyzing data and performance metrics, you will optimize marketing strategies to drive a clear return on investment (ROI). Your role will also involve nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that the marketing efforts are aligned with the needs and expectations of the surgical community.
