What you'll do

As the Program Manager at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping peer-to-peer experiences that help surgeons transition from early use to advanced proficiency with our innovative therapy. You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams to design and implement structured educational programs that reinforce best practices and support utilization growth across key customer accounts. Your efforts will directly impact procedural success and patient outcomes, making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients suffering from BPH.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance surgeon engagement, ensuring that educational experiences are of the highest quality. This includes coordinating with top physician educators to create impactful training sessions and resources. You will analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the educational offerings. Your role will also involve aligning with commercial teams on account strategies to maximize the adoption of our therapy.
