What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Prodigal's flagship application, ProInsight. You will work closely with machine learning experts to integrate AI capabilities that generate actionable insights from consumer conversations. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and designers to ensure that the application meets user needs and compliance standards. You will also be tasked with optimizing the application’s performance and scalability, ensuring it can handle a growing number of interactions effectively.

You will participate in the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and will be expected to contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes. Your insights will help shape the future of the application and the company’s offerings in the consumer finance space. You will also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
