What you'll do

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination and production of MongoDB's strategic events portfolio in the EMEA region. This includes managing event messaging, creating marketing materials, and coordinating site selection and venue logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Marketing and Developer Relations, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of each event.

You will lead the execution of flagship owned and sponsored events, ensuring that they meet the strategic objectives of the organization. Your role will involve managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and evaluating the success of each event through post-event reporting and analysis. You will also support select global programs as priorities require, contributing to MongoDB's overall event strategy.
