You have deep expertise in stock-based compensation (SBC) and a strong background in equity administration. With a proven track record in managing SBC reporting, you understand the complexities involved in delivering accurate and timely reports for clients. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the SBC reporting and delivery process for Pulley's clients, ensuring that all reports are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. You will engage with both self-service and full-service clients, guiding them through the initial report setup and configuration, as well as providing comprehensive support for ASC 718 compliance. You will collaborate with the Professional Services team to manage various service engagements, including onboarding and 409A valuations, allowing you to build a well-rounded expertise in equity management. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing client data to identify trends and insights that can enhance their equity strategies. You will play a key role in developing best practices for SBC reporting and equity administration, contributing to the overall success of Pulley's mission to simplify equity management for startups.
