What you'll do

As an Implementation Specialist II, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding of customers across various segments. You will work closely with clients to implement the Pushpay product suite, ensuring that they receive a seamless experience from the start. Your role will involve providing post-sale support, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that customers are fully equipped to utilize the product effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding process and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service practices.
