Pushpay is hiring a Manager of Payment Services to oversee compliance and operational efficiency within the payments team. You'll manage key payment processes and engage with partners in Allen, TX, in a hybrid work model.

You are a strategic and tactical leader with a deep understanding of the payments industry — you have experience in managing compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency within payment services. Your leadership style is driven by a desire to transform teams and improve client experiences, ensuring that all processes align with regulatory and industry standards. You excel in stakeholder relations and are adept at managing client escalations, making you a key player in the success of the payments team.
You have a proven track record of overseeing payment processes, including onboarding and underwriting — your expertise allows you to navigate complex regulatory environments while driving continuous improvement in merchant experiences. You thrive in environments that require collaboration with payment processing partners and have a strong focus on operational excellence. What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the payment services team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and industry standards — you will drive operational efficiency and lead initiatives that enhance the overall performance of payment processes. You will be responsible for managing key functions such as onboarding, underwriting, and risk management, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively. Your strategic vision will guide the team in executing continuous improvements that enhance the merchant experience across payment operations.
You will report directly to the Director of Payment Operations, collaborating closely with other leaders to align payment services with the company's broader goals. Your role will involve engaging with payment processing partners to foster strong relationships that benefit the organization and its clients. You will also be responsible for managing client escalations, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively, thereby maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
