What you'll do

In this role, you will provide critical technical leadership for experimental science work focused on atom-interferometry based quantum sensors. You will collaborate with the Quantum Sensing Research and Engineering teams to ensure that research findings are effectively translated into usable products.

You will engage in hands-on experimental work, designing and conducting experiments that test and validate new quantum sensing techniques. Your insights will guide the development of innovative solutions that enhance the capabilities of quantum sensors. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and findings, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to identify new research opportunities and prioritize projects that align with the company's mission of making quantum technology practical and impactful.
